WE have ten pairs of tickets up for grabs to see Delphic at Night and Day, as part of the legendary venue's 17th birthday celebrations.
Delphic's music owes a lot to the Manchester sound of the past, drawing on the same ideas and influences that forged the Chemical Brothers' early LPs, rather than the indie Madchester scene.
A recent support slot with Cut Copy showcased their toxic mix of electronic soundscapes with frantic drum beats, underpinned by spacious bass lines. A splendid combination of sounds that makes Delphic one of the most exciting Manchester born prospects for years.
