The prize is subject to availability and must be taken between 22nd September and 31st December 2008, excluding the following times, Christmas, public holidays and school holidays. The promoters will book and pay for the prize as agent for the prize winner and their guest, who agree to be bound by any terms imposed by third parties, including without limit, the terms and conditions of the relevant hotel.
No transport to or from Gatwick airport is included. The winner is required to organise their own transport.
Travel insurance and extras are not included and are the responsibility of the prize winner and their guest.

If the winner cannot be contacted within 2 weeks of the draw, does not respond to Ocado's notification or cannot take up the prize, then Ocado reserves the right to select another winner. There is no cash alternative available for the prize. The prize is non-transferable. Ocado reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value or to terminate, amend, extend or shorten the promotional period at any time and without notice.
