Travel photography competitions normally give you the chance to show off your fancy snaps of far-flung places and exotic animals. Not this one...
What we’re looking for is snaps of you or your friends hanging out on holiday looking, well, rubbish. We’re thinking dodgy tan lines, silly sunhats, and please, please, some men in mankinis. So grab this chance to expose the fashion faux pas of your past, exorcise your dodgy-beachwear demons – and get the chance to win a fabulous Canon IXUS IS 80 digital camera
To enter, send your foolish holiday photos to our travel editor at [EMAIL="travel.pics@orange-ftgroup.com"]travel.pics@orange-ftgroup.com[/EMAIL], with:
1) Your full name and address, town, postcode and telephone number (this is only to contact the winner - we won't publish or share your contact details with anyone), and
2) A few lines about the scene and the place where the picture was taken
Make sure you put “Worse for wear” in the email subject heading, and that the image is attached in Jpeg format. The closing date for entries is 31 August 2008, with results to be announced soon after that.
