Prize Draw Rules
1. No purchase necessary.
2. Entries must be received by 19 September 2008.
3. To enter the promotion, you must be resident in the UK, CI or IoM and aged 18 years or over.
4. TENA accepts no responsibility for online entries lost or corrupted in transmission.
5. There is one prize only, comprising two Sponsor the Team TFM1 sponsorship packages worth £199 each (The winner will get 2 packages worth a total value of £398) to Silverstone on 28 September 2008 as detailed on the FREE prize draw promotional page. Travel to and from Silverstone is not included. The winner to make their own travel arrangements. The prize is as stated and no cash alternative is available.
6. The winner will be the first entry drawn under independent supervision, and will be notified by email and by telephone and offered the prize. The deadline for accepting the prize will be 96 hours (4days) from despatching the email and needs to be confirmed by return email, after which time it is forfeited and re-assigned.
7. Employees and their families of the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter. Only one entry per person. No bulk or third party entries accepted.
8. The winner's name and county will be available on https://www.tenaformenhonda.co.uk or by sending a SAE marked ‘Winner’ to ‘Sponsor the Team Silverstone VIP Promotion’, PO Box 41, Ware, Herts, SG12 9EF.
9. Winners may be required to participate in related publicity.
10. Entry into the draw is deemed acceptance of these rules.
In the unlikely event that the prizes offered have to be withdrawn due to unforseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend the free prize draw from immediate effect.
