Terms and Conditions
* Entrants must be 18 years or older.
* All entry instructions for the competition form part of these terms and conditions.
* The details of the prize are as follows;
Return flights for 2 people from the UK to Tokyo, Japan
7 nights hotel in a 3* hotel in the town centre
£500 spending money
* Employees of Ubisoft, its subsidiaries or related companies, and their relatives and representatives or agents from partner companies or intermediaries are not allowed to enter this competition.
* The closing date for entry into the competition is 29/08/08
* Competitions winners will be determined by a random draw from all entries, within 72 hours of the stated closing date, and will be notified within 28 days of the draw via the personal information they have supplied.
* No purchase is required to enter the competition
* The competition winner is responsible for making sure they have all paperwork and meet all requirements as necessary to redeem the prize.
* The winner is responsible for arranging their own travel insurance and transfers
* The prize provider reserves the right to replace any aspect or all of the prize with one of similar value should the prize become unavailable for any reason, but no cash alternative is available
* Entries must be received on or before the closing date stated on the competition or will be deemed to be invalid.
* The right is reserved to amend the rules of the competition or cancel it at any time without prior notice.
* The winner may be obliged to take part in publicity associated with winning a prize.
