Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

An entry into the prize draw constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions
Only one entry per customer. The prize draw is open to all UK and Ireland residents aged 18 or over. Employees of House of Fraser (Stores) Ltd, Tec7, their families, agencies, or anyone connected with the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
Email address must be verified to enter the prize draw.
Prize draw closes 11.59pm on Tuesday 2 August 2008
The prize consists of :
2 nights accomodation in a suite at any Hand Picked Hotel in the UK
Breakfast each morning of your stay (2 breakfasts)
Three course dinner for two
A bottle of champagne on arrival
There is no cash alternative available.
One winning entry will be drawn at random on 5 September 2008, under the supervision of an independent observer. The winner will be notified within 1 week after the closing date by email.
The prize must be claimed from Head Office, 27 Baker Street, London W1U 8AH.
The prize must be taken no later than 30 November 2008
Prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. There is no cash alternative. No purchase necessary for entry.
Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries not received or incompletely received due to incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information or the failure to capture any such information.
The winner will be notified within 1 week after the closing date by e-mail.
