This competition is open to all residents of the UK except for employees, and agencies of Universal Pictures or Flight Centre
The first prize is a family holiday to Orlando OR a holiday for two to China (winners choice)
A decision on the winners chosen holiday must be taken within a month of notification and must be booked by 31st October 2008.
The first prize family holiday to Orlando will include return direct flights from a London airport with Virgin (2 adults, 2 children under 12), 7 night's accommodation at the Wynfield Inn, Orlando. Hotel is officially classed as a 2.5 star and is based on two adults and two children sharing a family room on a room and complimentary breakfast basis.
The Orlando holiday includes Car Hire with full size 4 door and platinum insurance. Driver must be over the age of 25 and have held a full clean driving license for a minimum of 2 years. The platinum package includes standard baby car seats, all additional drivers and a free tank of fuel. The prize also includes '2 park bonus tickets' which provides unlimited access to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure for up to 3 days for 4 adults.
Travel for the Orlando holiday is subject to availability but can be taken between May 1 to 20th, all of June, all of September and 1st to 18th October 2009. Prize winners will be subject to tour operators terms and conditions
The first prize holiday for 2 to China will include return direct flights from a London airport to Beijing, return transfers from the aiport to the hotel and 7 nights accommodation at the North Garden Hotel. Hotel is officially classed as a 4 Star and is based on two adults sharing a twin or double room (winner’s choice) with ensuite bathroom on a room only basis.
Travel for the China holiday is subject to availability and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays (both UK and China).
Both holidays include the appropriate travel insurance.
It is the responsibility of the traveller to ensure that they have all of the necessary documents for travel, including Passports, Visas and ensure that the necessary health advice is taken prior to travel.
The second prize is 1 private screening for friends and family (limited to full occupancy) of The Mummy: Tomb of The Dragon Emperor to be held at a cinema suitable for the winner. The screening time, date and chosen cinema are subject to availability and must be taken within 3 months after the competition closing date. Usual film certification applies.
25 runners-up will each receive a Mummy box-set, which includes The Mummy and The Mummy Returns on DVD.
By entering this prize draw, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The independent person’s decision shall be final. Neither correspondence nor discussion concerning any decision shall be entered into.
The Winner will be notified in writing / by phone / by email within 28 days of the closing date.
None of the prizes may be exchanged or transferred and no cash alternatives will be offered. If the prize stated is unavailable, an alternative of the same value will be supplied.
The Promotional Period is 01/08/2008 to 31/08/2008. Prize draw entry will close at midnight on 31/08/2008.
This promotion will be governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Promotional materials form part of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter is not responsible for loss or damage arising from an inability to enter due to computer failure, viruses, bugs and other such causes.
In the unlikely event that the passengers are downgraded or offloaded due to high load factors, they will be responsible for any costs incurred and Flight Centre will not be held responsible.
