General terms and conditions:
1. Post your entry, one per household only, to THE PIRATE’S DAUGHTER Free Prize
Draw, MOSTRA Ltd, Norfolk House, 31, St James’s Square, London, SW1Y 4JR.
2. Alternatively, entries can be made online at https://www.readingcircle.co.uk using the online entry form.
3. No other means of entry will be accepted and incomplete entries will be disregarded.
4. The judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
5. Closing date for entries is strictly 31st August 2008 and the winner will be notified by
15th September 2008 at the latest.
6. The holiday prize is for seven nights on a room-only basis for two people at The Tryall Club,
Montego Bay, Jamaica; terms apply.
7. Both passengers must travel outbound and inbound journeys together.
8. The holiday is to be booked by 31st October 2008 and taken by 31st October 2009.
The prize is strictly subject to availability by The Tryall Club and airline, further the Club’s,
airline’s and The Couture Travel Company Ltd booking/travel conditions apply.
9. Travel is not permitted between the 15th December 2008 and 30th April 2009.
10. Prize is inclusive of flights (economy fare), transfers to and from the airport and The Tryall
Club in Jamaica and accommodation. It does not include additional extras, for example,
insurance, domestic travel, food, beverages, gratuities and upgrades etc.
11 Winners are responsible for any payment over and above the prize as outlined, without
exception. Additional costs and its balance must be paid eight weeks prior to travel.
12. The competition is open to entrants who are aged eighteen years and over only and strictly
residents in the UK.
13. This holiday prize at The Tryall Club is not transferable to any third party and cannot
be exchanged for cash.
14. Employees of The Couture Travel Company Ltd, Headline Publishing Group, MOSTRA Ltd and
their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
15. The prize cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
16. The prize winner must agree to obtain comprehensive and valid travel insurance appropriate for travel out of the UK to Jamaica; issue of travel documents for this holiday prize is strictly with presentation of a copy of the travel insurance only.
17. The winner(s) of this holiday prize are responsible for obtaining travel visas if applicable and must be in procession of valid personal travel documentation as stipulated by the authorities and/or other.
18. The winner must agree to participate in publicity agreed by the publisher, Headline.
19. Headline has arranged this competition in good faith but does not accept liability relating to this prize.
