in It's gone, but was it any good?
As my first thread has got a long now i thought i would start a new thread.


hot off the press-
On friday of this week -Viking Direct will have stock at the £79.99
they will be getting stock.
£2008 in 2008 member 519 feb 08 sony mp3 player.

    Do most of you use the various Wii related stock checker sites in order to find a Wii Fit and, if so, would you recommend any in particular?

    we used https://www.wii-consoles.co.uk yesterday and ordered one.

    were still awaiting stock on play.com, but it seems you cant place an order on play for it now :(

    Mines arrived!!! Ordered through play.com Thursday evening, order until sunday am just said order taken, then it was stuck on packing from sunday until midnight last night. Woken by postie delivery 0730 with wii fit in his hands. Checked play.com again suddenly said no order, then in history of orders-posted on the 4th. no email saying about delivery was received. So maybe worth hanging in there with play if you managed to order with them for a bit longer, as they are not good about updating the order processing screen.

    ^ No covers and after alot of use we're still using the original batteries it came with :)

    i have seen some bad reviews of covers ... how the board stop responding when you have the cover on. Does your Wii board get dirty, and if it does, what do you use to clean the thing ? :D

    Ordered one from freemans.com when they appeared in stock on wii-consoles.co.uk last week (28/07).

    Emailed them a few days later asking for a status update (as their website doesn't have order tracking) and got the response:

    "We are pleased to confirm that your order has been despatched, and a delivery attempt should take place no later than the 7th August. "

    After reading on the previous wii fit thread that freemans had told someone they'd have to wait until November, I was pleased knowing that mine had been sent out.

    Getting excited/impatient however, I emailed them again yesterday, and was told:

    "

    Unfortunately, the suppliers are experiencing stock problems.

    However, we are expecting further stock to arrived by the 08/12/08"

    So now I'm back in the hunt. Bit gutted to have been lied to, to be honest. I emailed them back, but haven't had a response.

    Annoyingly, I could've ordered four more since I ordered that one :-(
