By taking part in the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these rules.

Valid entries must be in the English language.
The judges' decision shall be final in all matters relating to the competition.
No employee of Travel Channel (or their families) shall be eligible to enter.
In the event a prizewinner is unable to take up a prize, 'Travel Channel' reserves the right to award the prize instead to the runner-up.

Prize comprises of two Economy Class flights from London Heathrow to Beijing (direct) on British Airways; transfers to, from and between the Shangri-La hotels; nine consecutive nights accommodation (three in each hotel) subject to availability. The order of the hotel stays is flexible but once the reservations have been confirmed and accepted, no amendments can be made. Bookings must be made two months prior to intended date of travel.
Prize includes complimentary buffet breakfast
Any other expenditure outside stated prize including all airport taxes, transfers to/from London Heathrow. Spending money and travel insurance are not included
Our competition closes at midnight on Sunday 31st August. The winner will be the first correct entry drawn after the closing date of Sunday 31st August.

It is the responsibility of the prize winners to ensure they have valid passports and that
