There is a wealth of Stargate activity in August.

The boxset of the 4th series of Stargate Atlantis was released 4th August on DVD.

On August 18th Stargate Continuum is released on DVD and Blu Ray.

And we have this amazing competition.

Stagate Atlantis season 4 boxset and Stargate Continuum on DVD and a signed Atlantis script.

I sent mine with Stagate, as that's what it says on the website - I just copied their typo

IMDB has Lt Col but Wiki has Col with this explanation:
Due to the postponement of this film until the 5th season of Stargate Atlantis was airing, there is a continuity error with Carter and Mitchell's rank. In the ending credits they are listed as Lieutenant Colonels. However when they fly the F-15s they are each wearing the rank of a full-bird colonel. This is due to the fact that during filming producers realized that the film would probably be released after Carter character had been promoted on Atlantis. In the season 5 premiere of that show, Sam, already a full-bird colonel, leaves Atlantis to attend the extraction, thus setting this movie about a year after The Ark of Truth.

I put Lt Col Samantha Carter as that is what appears in film credits and what comes up on IMDB, I think that is the answer they are going to be looking for to be honest

Hi this is my first post so hope it's ok.

Samantha Carter was promoted to the rank of Colonel when she joined Atlantis, she was a Lt Col. during SG1. I'm pretty sure that Stargate Continuum takes place after she has taken command at Atlantis.

That sounds really geeky

Hi, I took the liberty of emailing the company running this particular competition re: the probable Stagate typo. The response is copied below, you'll note that either Stagate or Stargate will be accepted as the Header;-

Stagate vs. Stargate on our competition page is a typing error for which we apologise.

As long as we received your entry before midnight on Thursday 28 August it doesn’t matter which spelling you use as we are aware of the error.
So feel free to spell it either way.
