All entries must be successfully registered on the Holiday Extras or travelguru.tv website by 5.00pm on 31st August 2008. No responsibility can be accepted for registrations that were not successfully completed by this date.
The competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years and over. Only one entry per email address will be accepted. Entries submitted to both the Holiday Extras website and the travelguru.tv website will be cross referenced to eliminate duplicate entries. No employees, their families, associates, suppliers to Holiday Extras, travelguru.tv, The Thailand Tourist Board or anyone connected with the arrangement of the competition will be eligible to enter.
The winner will be drawn at random from the registered entries after the closing date. The winner will be informed by email and agrees to the publication of their name on the travelguru.tv and Holiday Extras websites. All entrants agree to receive regular email newsletters from Holiday Extras until they choose to unsubscribe from this service. You will also receive email updates from our competition partners, travelguru.tv and The Tourism Authority of Thailand.
The prize can be taken anytime between 1st November 2008 and 31st October 2009, subject to availability. If, for any reason, the winner is not able to take up the holiday prize within the specified period of availability, no cash alternative or alternative holiday can be offered. The prize is non-transferable.
