Rules.

1. Details of the Competition

1.1 For the Duration of the Competition, listeners to the Participating Radio Station will be invited to enter the Competition by Behind the Music – Classic FM’s members email newsletter

1.2 To enter the Competition an Entrant must register for the chance to win via Behind the Music. Delivered to listeners by email on Wednesday 30th July 2008. Registration closes at midnight on Sunday 31st August 2008 (subject to change).

1.3 All those who enter before the closing date will be entered into the free prize draw.

1.4 All matters relating to the selection at random of Entrants and all other matters relating to the Competition will be at the discretion of GCap Media and the Participating Radio Station.


2. Eligibility

2.1 Any employees of and contractors engaged by GCap Media, their immediate family or any other persons directly connected with the Competition are unable to enter into the competition.

2.2 The Competition is open to residents of the UK and Northern Ireland only.

2.3 Notwithstanding that a winner has been declared, if GCap Media discovers before the delivery of a prize that for any reason under these Rules or Terms and Conditions the winner should have been ineligible to enter the Competition or the entry should have been declared invalid, GCap Media reserves the right to determine that the winner is disqualified.

2.4 GCap Media and the Participating Radio Stations shall not be responsible for any failure on behalf of an Entrant whose online entry is not received by GCap Media or the Participating Radio Station.

2.5 An Entrant must participate in the Competition himself or herself. In the event that a party other than the Entrant attempts to enter the Competition on behalf of that Entrant (whether disclosed or not), that entry will be forfeited and no Prize will be delivered.


3. Prize

3.1 All decisions of the GCap Media and Participating Radio Stations’ representatives will be final and binding on the Entrants and no correspondence will be entered into.

3.2 The prize is two pairs of tickets to the opening weekend of the London Jazz Festival on 14th and 15th November. Transport arrangements will not be provided.

3.3 The winners will be picked at random.

3.4 The winners will be drawn within 7 days of the competition closing date of midnight on Sunday 31st August 2008 (subject to the closing date being changed).
