£800 from DH why does dh pay you this? you say he pays 99% of houshold bills but you have groceries, petrol , gas and elec, car insurance down??
£200 from self-employment
£120 from child benefit
outgoings:
diesel: £180 per month
groceries: £225 " "
childcare: £400 " " I assume this is privte childcare?do you need to put your children in childcare as this seems to be more than you are earning pcm?
gas/elec: £44 " "
car insurance: £70 " " This seems quite high is this fully comp pcm? when is this up for renual?
HSA: £35 " "
counsellor: £140 " " (half which is claimed back via HSA)**
acupuncture: £100 " " (half which is claimed back via HSA)**
**I see these as necessary expenses as I have become quite depressed as a result of the debt, I have used all of my NHS allowance, and as things improve, this will obviously be reduced.
total student loan debt: £5500 I assume you dont actually pay any of this as you do not earning enough?
total overdraft debt: £1500 (interest free)
total CC debt: £4500
As previously stated, DH pays for 99% of household expenses, so the money I am given is mainly for me and the kids.
Any help/criticisms/advice you may have is greatly appreciated. Cheers in advance! =-D

Hi Antonia and welcome to the board.
Just wanted to let you know that the CCCS website has an online debt remedy you can fill in - you don't have to go any further with it if you don't want to (I think I did about 5 before I finally took the plunge), but it might give you an idea of what they are going to suggest.
To be honest, from a quick glance at your SOA I'm not sure you need CCCS - a Debt Management Programme is to try to arrange reduced payments and to stop interest while you get back on your feet. I might be wrong, but you don't seem to be earning enough to have to be making payments on your student loan at the moment and your overdraft is already at 0%.
Budgeting isn't my strong-point  , but I'm sure other, wiser DFWs will be along soon to give you some pointers on your SOA.
What is the interest and minimum payments on your credit card?
