Thanks for the link, but I may be being thick here, when Ive filled it in I cant see where I submit it, the only submit button I can find is to the right, but thats for the postcde thing...where is the send button?0

Hi Lindos90, no you're not being thick!
You may need to maximize the page. The submit button is bottom right hand corner.
