  Terms & Conditions of Entry
  
  1. Competitions are open to all UK, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands residents aged 18 years or over unless otherwise specified. Proof of age may be required. Employees (or family members of employees) of The Travel House, companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies are not eligible to enter any prize draw or competition.
  
  2. To take part in the Promotion you need to register your details as specified. No purchase necessary.
  
  3. Closing dates are specified for each competition.
  
  4. Each draw will take place within one week of the closing date.
  
  5. Prize winners will be selected at random from all correct and eligible entries received.
  
  6. The winners will be notified by telephone or email.
  
  7. We reserve the right to choose an alternative winner if despite reasonable attempts we have been unable to contact the original winner within one month of the draw taking place.
  9. There is no cash alternative to the prizes (or any part of them) and unless agreed otherwise in writing the prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  
  10. The Travel House reserves the right to substitute the prizes (or any part of them) for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
  
  11. Holiday prizes are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  
  12. The Travel House will not be liable for prizes that do not reach the winners for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.
  
  13. The Travel House's decision is final and legally binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
  
  14. The name of the winners will be available for one month after the close of each competition by writing to The Travel House marked for the attention of the Marketing Department Exchange Building, Adelaide St, Swansea, SA1 1SE and stating the name and date of the Promotion.
  
  15. The name, county and photograph of the winners may be used by The Travel House and its associated companies for post-event publicity purposes without further payment. You hereby grant and waive all applicable rights in relation to such promotional activities.
  
  16. The Travel House will keep details of any entry that you make. By entering your email address and/or mobile telephone number you allow us to use this data to send you communications about our products, services and offers. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  
  17. Your data will be used by The Travel House and its partners in accordance with our terms and conditions and privacy policy.
