This comp is with TALKSPORT.I cannot see an end date but i think they normally run for about a week or so.The comp is in there new online magazine.
Its a reverse auction,with the lowest UNIQUE bid that wins.

Thanks for the heads up. In case anybody is considering 741: sorry your FREE bid of 741p for the Alfa Romeo 147 is not unique. There are 3 bids at this price - Bid again? (Cost 150p).
