  Prize Draw Terms and Conditions:

  1. 1. Entries must be on this slip and entry into the Draw implies acceptance of these conditions.
  2. 2. Only one per household.
  3. 3. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age, and not employees of the John Lewis Partnership, their dependants or their agents or anyone else connected with the promotion.
  4. 4. All entries must be received by Friday 8 August 2008. No responsibility will be accepted for any entries that are lost or delayed in the post.
  5. 5. The prize of a case of champagne and 6 crystal champagne flutes will be awarded to the first entry drawn at random on Friday 15 August 2008.
