I don't think for a minute you're signing up for their services, but I don't like T&Cs as npower are very aggressive with their marketing.
I couldn't copy and paste their T&Cs but it says: ...It's a condition of entry that your details will be used by the Promoter, it's associated companies in the npower group to keep you informed about their products, services and offers unless you tick the opt out box
You accept that such contact may be by mail and telephone and that your details may be passed to those parties for that purpose
But......There is no opt out box  Unless, of course it's there and I'm just not seeing it :rolleyes:0 -
No def no opt out box. I have entered the comp as it's a great prize and if I get calls then I will have to deal with them - I'll know where they got my details and I can complain about the lack of opt out when they do call!Life is all about the journey.0

It does say in term and condition 3 that no purchase is nessacary to enter which is why I posted it. It is of course up to each individual whether they choose to enter or not. I posted all the terms and conditions above and there is nothing there about signing up to any tarriff. Its just marketing which is typical of most companies. Many thanks to the wonderful staff at Birmingham Childrens Hospital caring for my tiny and very poorly grandson who was born at 29 weeks. Am I bad for putting in my previous phone number?!

Just stick a row of 0000000 in the phone number box, and it still lets you enter. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
