1. The draw is open to all UK residents over 18, excluding employees and their families of United Biscuits (UK) Ltd or Booker Group plc and their affiliated companies. 2. By taking part in the promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these rules and any other requirements set. 3. There is one prize of a trip to Mexico. The first entry drawn after the closing date of 07/08/08, wins a 14 day all-inclusive holiday for 2 people in Mexico including flights & travel insurance to the value of £3,500. The holiday must be taken before the 31.03.09, time of travel is subject to availability, it is the winner’s responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport, and any necessary visas and vaccinations. 4. The Promoter shall not be liable for any defects whatsoever with respect to the prize. 5. No purchase necessary, entry is free and must be made on the official entry form (below), and must be posted in the official entry box located in-store or by visiting www.premier-stores.co.uk. 6. Closing date for entries is 07/08/08. 7. The draw for the winner will take place on 21/08/08 by an independent judge. 8. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed. 9. Only one entry per household. No trade, third party or consumer group applications will be accepted. 10. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 11. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of an equal or greater value due to circumstances beyond their control. This prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternative in whole or in part. 12. The prize winner will be informed by 28/08/08. 13. The name and county of the winner will be available between 04/09/08 and 04/10/08 to those enclosing an SAE and applying to McCoys Mexico Competition, Superior, Hercules Way, Bowerhill Estate, Melksham, Wiltshire SN12 6TS.
14. The winner may be required to take part in unpaid publicity associated with this promotion. 15. If the winner does not meet the terms and conditions a further draw will be made. 16. The promoter reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any stage if deemed necessary in their opinion and if circumstances arise outside of their control. 17. If the promoter has reasonable grounds for believing that the winning entrant has contravened the terms and conditions the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
