The promotion is open to UK and Isle of Man residents aged 16 or over with the exception of employees of Camelot Group plc ("Camelot") and the National Lottery Commission ("NLC"), their immediate families living at the same address, certain contractors of Camelot as well as anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.

1. The promotion will start at 07.00am on Thursday 10th July 2008 and will end at 02.00am on Friday 8th August 2008 (the 'Promotion Period').
2. Every person who, during the Promotion Period uses their National Lottery Interactive Account to purchase and play the National Lottery Instant Win Game 'Pictionary' shall automatically be entered into a random draw ("Draw"). Purchases not completed by 02.00am on 8th August 2008 will not be entered into the Draw. Entries into the Draw are limited to one per person regardless of the number of times the National Lottery 'Pictionary' Instant Win Game is purchased during the Promotion Period.
3. To play National Lottery Instant Win games on the National Lottery website go to www.national-lottery.co.uk (the "Website"). If you are not already a registered player you will have to open a National Lottery Interactive Account to purchase an Instant Win Game. To open a National Lottery Interactive Account you will need to follow the instructions on screen. The Interactive Account Terms and Conditions and relevant Games Rules and Procedures (together referred to as the "Rules") which are all available on the Website apply to the National Lottery 'Pictionary' Instant Win Game.
4. Free Entry Route: Registered players can enter the Draw without purchasing a National Lottery 'Pictionary' Instant Win Game by sending an email to [EMAIL="marketing@camelotinteractive.com"]marketing@camelotinteractive.com[/EMAIL]. The email must be received by Camelot during the Promotion Period. The subject of the email must state 'Pictionary Prize Draw free entry route' and must include your name, address, contact telephone number and confirmation that you are aged 16 or over or it will not be entered. Entries into the Draw are limited to one per registered player. Proof of subsmission will not be accepted as proof of entry.
5. Entries not complying with these terms and conditions will not be valid.
6. The Draw will take place on Friday 15th August 2008, and will be supervised by an independent observer. The winners will be the first three entries selected at random from all valid entries.
7. There are three prizes available to be won each consisting of an Apple iPod touch 8GB and a Pictionary board game by Mattel. Apple is not a participant or sponsor of this promotion. The Promoter may substitute an alternative for all or part of the prizes for any reason beyond control of the Promoter. If a winner does not wish to accept the prizes they may grant permission to redraw.
8. The winners will be contacted by email or telephone by the Promoter before Friday 29th August 2008. The Promoter will arrange for the prizes to be sent directly to the winner at a UK or Isle of Man address of their choice.
9. The Promoter reserves its right to redraw a prize in the event that a winner cannot be contacted by 5.00pm on Friday 29th August 2008, or is subsequently found not to have been entitled to win the prizes.
10. There is no cash alternative to the prizes.
11. This promotion is not a game forming part of the National Lottery.
12. The Promoter shall have no liability for any system failure or other action or event which prevents a Player from entering the promotion.
13. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for entries or prizes lost, delayed or damaged in transmission or in the post. The Promoter makes no warranty of any nature in respect of the prizes, whether in respect of fitness for purpose, satisfactory quality or otherwise. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoters' decision is final.
14. The winners may be asked, but are not obliged, to take part in publicity.
15. The surnames and counties of the winners can be obtained until 28th September 2008 by writing to Interactive Marketing Promotions at the address below.
16. Any personal information collected as part of this promotion will only be used for the proper fulfilment of the promotion.
