Competition Terms and Conditions
1. The Fish and Angel Fish Summer Music Events competition is only open to UK residents. It is not open to employees of Fish, KMI, their agents or their families or anyone connected with this promotion.
2. Only one entry per person is permitted.
3. All entrants must be 16 or over and be a resident of the UK. Entrants to the Underage Festival must be strictly under 18 and if successful may be asked to prove age.
4. Entrants must provide the entry details as specified
5. Fish/Angel Fish will be giving 3 pairs of festival tickets (1 to T4, 1 to Party in the Park and 1 for Underage). 5 goody bags will be given away in total and will be drawn on the 28th of July.
6. Winners will be drawn for T4 on the beach on Tuesday 15th July and notified the same day. No applications for T4 will be considered after 12:00am on Sunday 6th July.
7. Winners will be drawn for Party in the Park on Monday 21st July and notified the same day. No applications for Party in the park will be considered after 12:00am on Sunday 13th July.
8. Winners will be drawn for Underage Festival on Monday 28th July and notified the same day. No applications for Underage Festival will be considered after 12:00am on Sunday 26th July.
9. Regardless of number of times entered strictly only one prize per entrant.
10. Proof of delivery will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
11. No responsibility is accepted for any failure in software or hardware participation by any person.
12. The winners will be notified by email.
13. We reserve the rights to amended prizes offered to an equal of greater value.
14. The prize may not be transferred to any other person and there is no cash alternative in whole or part.
15. Winners may be required to take part in or co-operate with publicity.
16. Winners agree to keep confidential any knowledge about Fish or Angel Fish and KMI, its business and its personnel received by them as a result of the competition.
17. Use of false name or address, i.e. name, by which the entrant is not usually known, will disqualify them from receiving any prize.
18. By entering the competition applicants will be deemed to have read and accepted the terms and conditions.
19. The winner's details are available on written request to Fish Competitions Manager, 17-20 Chiltern Court, Asheridge Road, Chesham, Bucks HP5 2PX, UK for four weeks following the draw having taken place.
