. This promotion is open to UK residents only, except employees of the Promoter and their families and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion. Entrants must obtain parental/guardian’s permission if under 16.
2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted.
3. No incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries will be accepted. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted. Entries will become the property of the Promoter.
4. Maximum of one entry per person during the whole promotion. No entrant may win more than one prize.
5. The competition will run from midnight 23/6/2008 to midday 21/7/2008. The winners will be selected from all the entries received during this period
6. The prize is to win a Caf!direct luxury hamper – comprising of a selection from our range of coffees, teas and drinking chocolate, and a Bodum cafetiere.
7. The winner of each prize will be notified by email within 14 days of the date of the draw. Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the Promotion rules.
8. The prize will be sent to a UK postal address indicated by the winner at the time of email notification that they are a prizewinner.
9. Prizes are not transferable and there is no cash alternative. The decision of the judge is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
10. To enter the competition, all entrants must be a Friend of Caf!direct. Entrants who have not joined Friends of Caf!direct can sign up before submitting their entry. Please note that anyone who enters the competition without signing up to Friends of Caf!direct will be automatically signed up – it is possible to unsubscribe from Friends of Caf!direct from the bottom of the monthly e-newsletters.
11. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented e.g. Friends of Caf!direct communications. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
12. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Names of the winners can be obtained by contacting the promoter at the address below within four weeks of the final closing date.
