Help need bankruptce but cab charge £500

Please thank you I have big debts £40000 my business providing workers to the farmers is not good now, i gwt many letters and bad phone calls form the baillif people they come and hurt us I think just like at home. must do something to stp this. friend told me of bankruptce i use hi computer or in libary to get on i have read of this bankruptce oncab web page, then they ask for $500 if i want this, but say i should do something elsa instead or more trouble for me. i had spoke with paypal andccs but only little help from for me they say cab better for me as i need help they can not do on phone, my fiend has written forms what i ned to now plaeas.

The £500 the CAB have asked from you is not for them it is for your court and OR's fee's. The CAB is a charitable trust and do not ask for money.

Do you own a house? How much is it worth? How much of the mortgage is left? What are you're incomings? What are your out goings? Are they all/mostly business debts? Please give us some more details of your situation.

yes the debts come from no money from business, no no mortgage, I wgaes og only £200 this week frm business.

Then I would strongly suggest you ring Business Debtline (numbers in my signature) and go through your options with them.

No-one will come and hurt you. Bailiffs will not either. They may look like they will, but rest assured, it won't happen.
