The £500 the CAB have asked from you is not for them it is for your court and OR's fee's. The CAB is a charitable trust and do not ask for money.
Do you own a house? How much is it worth? How much of the mortgage is left? What are you're incomings? What are your out goings? Are they all/mostly business debts? Please give us some more details of your situation.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -

Then I would strongly suggest you ring Business Debtline (numbers in my signature) and go through your options with them.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0

No-one will come and hurt you. Bailiffs will not either. They may look like they will, but rest assured, it won't happen.
Do give us some more information and the good people here will try and help.Debt 30k in 2008.:o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free
