The prize offered is a 30 minute sightseeing helicopter flight for two people through a licensed operator of such services at an appropriate venue which shall be within reasonable proximity of the winners address. The prize winner shall be wholly responsible for all costs associated with their travel to/from the departure heliport/airfield and the cost of any meals, drinks or other refreshments, accommodation and any other expenses that they may incur.
The winner will be issued with a voucher confirming their entitlement. This voucher will be valid for a period of six months from date of issue and the prize must be claimed before the expiry date.
The prize is subject to availability. Flights are subject to weather, air traffic control and the instruction of the operator. The decision of the aircraft Captain on whether or not a flight will take place, the exact route and duration of flight is final and binding.
Save for the provisions made in these terms, the prize shall be as detailed and there is no cash or alternative offered.
