E: 31/08? Win a weekend for two in Warsaw (short survey)

Click here to enter; took me about 30 seconds to do the survey.
I have made an educated guess as to the closing date of this comp. However it is a recurring comp so it may be worth re-posting in two months time with and end date of 31/10. Check the text in orange below for my rationale.
No T&C's so it's unclear if flights are included or if it's just hotel.
The main InYourPocket website looks a pretty good resource for former Soviet Bloc countries - free downloads of quick travel guides for the major cities.
In Your Pocket - WDA Online Survey

To much of the outside world Warsaw has long been perceived as a bleak doomsday city, something straight from the pages of Orwell. While other Central/Eastern European capitals have reinvented themselves since 1989 - becoming firm fixtures on Europe’s must visit list - Warsaw has been left on the sidelines, regarded as no more than a gritty business city; the kind of place you take the first plane out of.

The Warsaw Destination Alliance is set on reversing the popular negative images of the city. Formed as a nonprofit organization by a core of top hotels the WDA have a straight-forward goal: ‘to develop Warsaw as a preferred destination for business and leisure tourism as well as a perfect location for conferences and meetings’.

As part of the drive to improve the image of Warsaw and to encourage visitors the group has already run several high profile marketing campaigns, the most noticeable being with CNN and BBC. Donations from the public have been crucial in maintaining this aggressive publicity drive. Since January 2004 WDA hotels have been informing guests of their mission and asking for one euro donations at checkout; over 800,000PLN was raised from this alone in 2005

All printed copies In Your Pocket in Poland are carrying a pre-paid postcard questionnaire as part of our commitment to the Warsaw Destination Alliance (WDA) of which we are members. In order to help the alliance address the issues that Warsaw faces in attracting new visitors we would be very grateful if you could take a moment to complete this mini-questionnaire which we have re-produced here.

In return for your participation, we are delighted to be able to offer a weekend for 2 people in one of the Alliance’s active member hotels for those entries received during the lifespan of an In Your Pocket issue i.e. one weekend for 2 each 2 months. We will be selecting the first winners at the end of September so complete the following questions and submit it to us with your name and e-mail contact address.

If you are interested in helping the alliance further with their research into foreigners’ perceptions of Warsaw please tick the box to show you are happy to be sent a further questionnaire.
Many tx to all who post constructively in all the forums!
