Hello all, please bear with me as this is my first time starting a thread on here.
I've had a look but couldn't find this posted elsewhere...
You can get discounted broadsheet newspapers from shops on Uni campuses - e.g. those in Student Unions and most University shops. You don't need to be a student to get the discount.
Current prices are:
Times 25p
Independent 30p
Guardian 30p
Telegraph 30p
So if you live or work near a University and get a daily paper this could be a significant saving over the year.
Happy moneysaving everyone

Those are half price. Cheers for the tip. If I've got time I'll put this to the test on my way into work tomorrow am. Does it apply to weekend editions too?0

What about reading them online?
Most newspapers have online editions for free these days.0 -
I have been getting The Times for years and have a subscription arrangement with them. It is £7 per week and I can pay by DD per month or quarterly. As far as I know anyone can have a subscription, just phone and ask if there are available if you are interested. They send vouchers every three months for handing to the newsagent.0

£7 a WEEK?!?! are you sure? i am paying £2.50 a week, and I can also do Direct Debit...0
