Only one entry will be accepted per person. The closing date for receipt of competition entries is 5th July 2008. The competition is only open to UK residents. In order to be eligible for prizes, the entrants agree to grant us the right to use your name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional payment or compensation. Entry into the Competition constitutes the entrants agreement to the above terms. By entering the Competition, all entrants assign all rights, title and interest in all material sent to us and acknowledge and agree that we may use such material for any reason in any and all media throughout the world in perpetuity. This competition is not open to employees of The National Magazine Company Limited or our competition partners or their direct family members. The prize winners will be selected from the entries received by an independent panel. Runners up will be selected via a draw. Only the winners will be contacted personally. A list of winners will be available by sending a SAE to SHE/Danone Competition winners, 33 Broadwick Street, London W1F 9EP. Entrants must be available to travel to London for 1 day between 8 July and 25 July 2008. Prize does not include accommodation and sustenance allowance. Where the Competition necessitates travel on a specific date, the winner(s) must be able to travel on the date specified by us and no alternative dates will be available. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred although The National Magazine Company Limited reserve the right to change the prizes in the event of unforeseen circumstances. There will be no cash alternative. The National Magazine Company Limited does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
