    All I get is the tick boxes for the answer and the box saying next, which isn't working. I'm guessing that's the bit for the details, that's not working. Either that or I'm being really thick ( which isn't beyond the realms of possibility.)

    Hi,

    I have tried IE6, IE7 and IE8. Firefox 2 and Firefox 3 - all no good.

    I have emailed the technical support people for this site and as soon as I get a reply I shall post it here.

    You have to hover over the bottom right hand corner of the page and it curls up and then you turn the page over with the mouse, you can then enter your details.
