    Are the Betfair vouchers paper ones or are they a code sent via email? And how long do they normally take to arrive?

    i wasn't sure but they are credited straight to your betfair account an email from pb says
    Please allow 7 working days for the Betfair account to be updated. The credit
    will go the account whose username you submitted when you ordered the Reward.
