Was the naked body butter the cocoa butter 500ml one that is £8.99 on Boots.com
I got this in store yesterday and scanned at £8.99 then took the SA to where it said £1.50 but on the SEL it said the 400ml tub, which they didn't do. The manager said to let me have it for £1.50 then was Bogof.
Just wondered if the same one?

SOrry if this has already been reported but had to do a quick scan read.

There's an ACM voucher for free Expert blemish gel with any other purchase from expert facial range. Some of the range is on 2 for £5-blemish and shine stuff.

Till reduces price of two items to £5 the takes off the price of the free gel at £3.98

=£1.02 for the two products :D

I bought an anti-redess serum-the two products are £9 full price so quite the bargain

Anyone know why this thread is on the "It's gone but was it any good" board?

In my local today, loads of handwash and radox bath soak and some shower scrub had been reduced, mostly between 40p-60p, most of the shelves were empty though, but picked up a box of 4 imperial lather soap for 4*p. radox bath soak for 49p and palmolive hand wash for 46p, so might be worth having a look.
  • Thanks for the new thread clo. I had a mixed trip at my local today. I remembered why i had stopped bootsing. I got a bargain on baby wipes bought these for 86p x by 6 to get a £5 voucher. they had tons 3 shelves full but after i bought them the SA's asked where i had got them from and went and cleared the shelves for themselves and they left 4 packs. Got my £5 voucher so i went to use it up straight the way as there were only 2 cheap Olay products out.
The till bleeped for the SA to give me another voucher back but she took it out of the till and put it under the counter and just gave me my receipt.
Me: Was i ment to have that as well?
SA: No! you haven't spent enough to earn it so i don't know why the till is giving you one.
ME: It says on my receipt I earned one please may I have it if the till said it was ok.
SA: No you have to spend over £5 I have thrown it away now. Goodbye.
And she walked off as there wasn't any other customer behind me. It really makes me mad! ok I wasn't meant to get one but why do they take it upon themselves to be the boots law. She should do what the till and my receipt say.

That is so funny i was trying to write another name for an italian Gangster but it thinks i am swearing and types this !!!!!

I think you should email customer services, I've never had a bad enough experience to warrant it but others have and have reported back that they have got decent apologetic replied and even points so it's worth a try.
