Thanks so much for this posting! I have used the code a few times... everything seems to have stopped working and this week I had to replace our cordless telephone, kettle, mobile phones etc. So, this saved us an enormous amount of money.

I really like to purchase things from John Lewis, their warranty is fantastic.

I just wish things would last longer so that they wouldn’t have to be replaced every few years…
