Chill out!!! Just because somebody under 18 is present/may be present it doesn't mean you have to censor a post.
If they google a word like 'moron' there not going to get much. You should be far more wary of other words!!
But steveyP maybe you should tone it down. The world aint use to Derry was (or Londonderry wans for that matter)
People can get offended easily e.g. somebody told me todaythe world was made in 7 days and evolution never happened i laughed and was told I was insensitive.I didn't know what to think - i couldn't work out why a burst of laughtr can offend so much. I know it's not the same but i've also seen people with my own eyes turn squeamish when they hear people "f-ing and blinding"" thats slang for cursing btw
spotlight quiz answer is dan brown

Because you said that we are a whingeing bunch of geriatric morons, and such attacks are not part of the MSE make-up.steveymp wrote:I've said it before and I'll say it again, steveymp wrote:Dry Your Eyes M8:D
By the time you grow up, I may well be a geriatric, but at least I shall be a civil one. What others will debate, based on the tone of your future posts, is whether you have progressed from the teenage rebel stage of development.
I'm sure you have lots of views you are passionate about. We will hear them all the more clearly if you don't insult us when you express them.Much of the social history of the Western world over the past three decades has involved replacing what worked with what sounded good. - Thomas Sowell, "Is Reality Optional?", 19930 -

enough is enough. why do you all get yourselves all worked up over nothing?
this should be a relaxed and fun forum and take everything said with a pinch of salt.0 -

If you look at the top of your page, and in the MSE rules, there's clearly something about posting offensive remarks.
No matter how cleverly you try to hide an offensive comment (in your case, not very) it is still offensive, rude and not welcome here
Express your opinion and provoke discussion by all means, but by resorting to barely-concealed swearing and abuse it is quite clear to everyone who the "winging [sic]moron" actually is0 -
