It does need looking into
Couldn't agree more and pinkie's post. When I signed up there were only 3 steps (no survey) and 10 days for points.
Get Me A Ticket have sent me newsletters since so I would have assumed I did everything right.0 -
I just thought I would mention that the John Lewis vouchers are exactly the same as you receive for loyalty points with the John Lewis credit card issued by John Lewis themselves so I'm very happy with piggy reward.0

Darragh
is there a way to check to see if I was awarded points in the FA cup final jackpot pool?
I was trying to send you a PM but dont know how to reach you0 -
Jay86 wrote:have any of the ppl who are moaning about ppl clogging up the thread with banter, chit-chat and pictures thought that there are ppl who can't be bothered to sift through ppl moaning? I would much rather read interesting comments than have to read pages of ppl complaining.
What an absolutely daft comment! if Pigsback improved their act a little bit then perhaps people (I believe that's how you spell it) wouldn't complain here, or feel the need to.
Just have a trawl through all the threads and see how many times lines to the effect of "I've emailed postmaster@pigs.. x times, but not had any reply." Perhaps they feel this is the only place to turn to get it resolved?
What I do agree with is previous comments that if you don't want to read the comments, then don't - it's perfectly simple to just scroll through everything very quickly just looking for hotlinks (and thanks to all who provide them!)
BTW - one final question - when are Darragh/Pigsback going to set up a monthly donation to MSE coffers for the bandwidth of being allowed to run their Customer Service/Complaints department from here?0 -
Not the first time that something like this has happened. I can remember at least 2 or 3 occasions when the conditions of an offer has changed a couple of weeks after first going live on the site
Sounds like either:
(a) They didn't realise how popular the offer would be and have had to add something extra in to ensure the company makes money out of this
(b) Someone at PB messed up and forgot to put the full conditions of the offer on the website
(c) Someone at Get Me Tickets messed up and forgot to send PB the full conditions
Or a combination of all 3. Either way, it's neither fair nor right, and possibly bordering on the less than legal, to change the conditions of an offer once a number of people have already signed up
One can only hope that PB will honour the points for those people that signed-up in all good faith before they changed the conditions
And whilst I remember...all those people who posted (slightly ad nauseum!) about their experiences and views on Cd-Wow - did anyone get any reward from PB for doing this? I seem to remember a number of people, myself included, saying that it was only fair for this to happen0 -
Dormouse wrote::hello: Hi Dizzie,
Just wanted to defend the Boots thread a bit
Hi Dormouse, I appreciate what you're saying and I did make a mistake and post a code at the end of my post but if someone had let me know I would have removed it and it would have stopped me making the same mistake again. I would have thought that the site mods would have pm'd me to let me know why it was deleted but they didn't.
From what I can gather the offers I posted hadn't been posted before, apart from one that is an old glitch that Boots have repeated, however no-one knew it was available again until I posted it.
The main thing that got me was the lack of thanks I got, on the PB thread people allways say thank you when you post info that helps, it's just impolite not to.Desperately seeking [STRIKE]Mr. Squiggles,[/STRIKE] car and garage, [STRIKE]surf board, ball, funhouse,[/STRIKE] wheel, slide and pet carrier :rotfl::santa2::think: :snow_laug0 -

What a delightful post, steveymp.
I suggest you edit it before it gets reported and removed. An apology would be nice, too. :rolleyes:0 -

!!!!!! PEPL ITS FREE MONEY...
We've been down this road before....
Yes - if all you do is collect your weekly click-throughs and answer the questions every day, or even purchase through Pigsback - then it is "free" money
But when you're signing up for offers, in so doing giving your name out to marketing companies, or making minimum spends, registering with different companies and handing over your hard-earned dosh - that isn't free money
No-one is complaining (hopefully) if they don't get 10p for a click-through. It's when they've spent their own time, effort and money to get a reward through PB, and their points don't get credited or the reward doesn't arrive, that people get !!!!!!£d off. And quite rightly in my opinion0 -
Like signing up with ebay and not getting the 300 points. I won't use any offers till I get them. So for now its free.Barclaycard 3800
Nothing to do but hibernate till spring
