Got mine from Huddersfield, one left, stored in dvd cupboard. Had to ask.

    Price as op said £7.49.:j.Thanks

However it was difficult to get out of store, as tills were only accepting cash due to a problem with system. Store full of queues, as card carrying customers were being serviced by wandering supervisors with the old mechanical paper slip and sign machines.
Shades of things to come when the leccy goes off.;)

They weren't on offer at my local Morrisons - where are you getting this information?

just to let people know, this offer is running at £7.49, but the majority of stores have not put out stock yet, as they have been advised not to by head office, as they will be advertised in a leaflet coming out at end of the week, and what generally happens with wigig`s(when its gone its gone) the offers come live on a monday, but the leaflets dont come out till friday the same week, so by the time friday comes the stock has all gone, and stores then get a lot of complaints from people who have seen the leaflets and come in to purchase, only then to find they are out of stock, why they cant put the leaflet out say the friday before, and say from monday etc, is beyond me, but i can confirm the offer is live, so if you ask customer services, they should be able to help you, i am getting my information from them directly, as i work for them, and can confirm this is a nationwide offer, HTH Dave

I got one today at Aylesbury branch Morrisons for £7.49.
They had a board up by the films and disposable cameras advertising them. Didn't have any on the rack but asked SA and they were in drawer at the audio?? counter. you know the bit where you get the film DVDs from and have to pay for it there.
Many thanks to OP for the heads up I just got a digital camera for christmas but it would only hold 12 pics at a time, so a great saver for me.
  • What speed are they?

I've got the packaging here - I don't know what to look for, it doesn't say speed anything on it. Excuse my ignorance, I'm not techie but if you tell me what to look for, I will.

Sandisk do not seem to use numbers for their speeds. Does it say Ultra or Extreme on it?

No I'm sorry king of fools it has neither word on it. Just SDtm Memory card 2.0GB. I've read the inside packaging too. It says - *1GB: some of the capacity is used for function and format so not available for data storage.
    If that's any help.
  • My dad went to the chorley branch today and he asked for them and was told that they didnt have any, however I went in the same store after work and asked and hey presto they were there ok.. I had to go with the lady to point them out in the draw as she didnt know what she was looking for! They had none on display!! Seems they dont want these to go

Visited my local Morrisons last weekend, and they had run out.

Went again to Morrisons today, and noticed they had some display packaging for the SD card in its usual place in the store near the batteries - apparently they had just had another delivery of stock in, and they are still selling at £7.49.
