Have the 150 points on temp clubcards stopped?

I usually go into my Tescos no problem to use a temp clubcard to get the 150 points on the printed voucher at till. Today I spent the usual amount (always just a few pounds) and the till didn't throw up a 150 points voucher.
I went to Customer Services where she said to get the 150 points you have to register your card, so long as you aren't an existing member. Well, that's rubbish as I've always got the points voucher without registering. Have they changed their policy? I didn't want to draw too much attention to myself so just said I'd register it.
If I do register it, (in order to get mailings of coupons in their brochures) do I give my real name as I am already registered for clubcard already. (Didn't tell CS that, though she did question me if I was already a member with an eyebrow raised.) I think she remembered me when I've been to the CS desk to pay money into my clubcard account!
How many temp clubcards can any one person have at the same address?

I have tried using a paper clubcard twice this week and did not receive the 150 bonus points voucher either.

Didnt work for me on Saturday but I only spent 44p. For a time there you didnt even seem to need to spend £1.
Didnt it stop there for a while and then restart?

it didn't work for me yesterday, but i made a mistake, i bought toothpaste and used a save £2 voucher the till had given me for my usual clubcard last week - doh!! i just wasn't thinking. so i ended up only paying 32p, plus i used that voucher. i don't know if either of those things would have stopped me getting the 150 points voucher, or if they've just stopped doing it.52% tight0
