Prize Details
1. Participation signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions, including the instructions to this promotion which form part of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Open to all residents of the UK, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Winners and their companions must be 18 or over.

3. No purchase necessary. To enter the prize draw, complete the entry form at https://www.wonderbra.co.uk. Only one entry per person.

4. All entries must be received by 31st March 2008. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries not properly completed or not received or received late due to technical, communication or other problems.

5. 1 lucky winner will win a weekend stay for 2 people at a participating Malmaison Hotel. Prize includes a room for 2 people sharing one double room for 2 nights (room only). 2 sets of Wonderbra lingerie will be provided for the lucky winner
of the competition. Colour & style of lingerie dependent on availability of product. No cash alternative.

6. Prize must be booked for a weekend stay (being either a Friday and Saturday night or a Saturday and Sunday night) between [ start date] and B]31 December 2008[/B, at a participating Malmaison Hotel, subject to availability. If the prize cannot be taken during this period, the winner shall forfeit any entitlement to the prize. Standard operator terms and conditions apply (see https://www.malmaison.com for details). Winners must make their own booking directly with the operator and contact details to arrange booking will be provided to the winners.

7. The Promoter shall not be liable in any way and does not accept any responsibility for any act or omission of the hotel or any other third party, for any delays or cancellation or unavailability of any service or facility or for any inconvenience, accident or injury, loss or damage to property or possessions, or for any other loss or liability whatsoever, except for death or personal injury caused by Promoter’s own negligence.

8. Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable and there are no cash alternatives.

9. 3 winners will be randomly drawn from all valid entries under independent supervision. Draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners will be notified within 4 weeks of the Closing Date. For the names and counties of the prize winners, send a stamped SAE to the Promoter’s address set out below, marked “Winners – Weekend at Malmaison Prize Draw”.

10. Winners may be required to participate in publicity at the Promoter’s sole discretion, including use of their names, geographic location and pictures and entry into the Promotion signifies the Participant’s consent to such use.
