I bought yesterday at an outlet centre in a bookshop called Book Depot for £2.00.It's excellent I'm only half way through it and just skimming but on reviews on the back it says 'An indispensable guide for consumers and ful of brilliant tips on everything from how to beat waiting lists fo medical treatment to finding loopholes in the law'.
it all seems great and I would really recommend it (p.s. unfortunately they don't give me a percentage;) )but it has chapters on: education, finance, health, housing, law, leisure(shopping, how to cpmlain, etc.),motoring, travel and holidays, work

Yes, I've got this book, it's very thick and full of useful info, I should have mentioned it myself earlier but I paid full price for it a year ago so no bargain to post about!0
