Ordered one cartridge on the 8th of January, not turned up yet. Have emailed today to inquire where it is.
The 0800 phone number on the website is real but all i got was advertising spiel so I decided to email instead.

I regret that due to the huge demand at the moment our logistics centre had to work overtime to work off the backlog. Your order has been handed over to our logistics partner who is responsible for delivering the packets to the Royal Mail. I assume that the problem originates there. When everything has been set up properly the regular delivery time of 3-5 business days should be kept.
Your enquiry was forwarded to our Second Level Support who can give you further information on the Estimated Time of Arrival. They will generally come back to you on the next business day.

hi, I have had same e-mail in regards to none delivery.
Sent an email 2 days ago asking for a date to when stock will be available and dispatched or a refund to mt cc card...and guess what? no reply am going to send another e-mail today and see what happens. I also tried the phone and like wise got speil about the company so hung up. Has anyone actualy rang and waited on the phone to speakto an advisor?
