I just use the things that you hang on the rack of the dishwasher (got them from the pound shop ;D )

I just fill half a cup with white vinegar once a month and let the dishwasher do a full cycle.

Makes it glow and smell like new.

white vinegar works best, never tried it with the other stuff. (but the other stuff makes you sink shiny so it could work).

I mean the things that you hang from the racks, usually lemon smelling, you get about 2 or 3 from the pound shop and they usually last a couple of months.

So i keep one of them hanging and just do the white vinegar on the top shelf in a cup once a month (a 30 min cycle is fine) , works a treat for me. ;D
  • Thanks, I'll have to give it a go, my dishy doesn't smell too good at the moment, but I only have ordinary, cheap, 17p a bottle Asda smartprice vinegar in the cupboard, still its got to be an improvement ;D
