Toddler carpet stain?

In an effort to try to potty train our 2.5 year old, he inevitably had an accident! Any ideas how to remove a wee stain ( quite large) out of our greyish carpet? ( & future ones?)
Thanks in advance

a weak amonia solution should do it

if you cant find amonia try vinegar half and half with water

wet it well then put a folded towel on the area and stomp on it to get it to soak up the excess

try a bit on a hidden part first

    Thanks Cathy

I knew you would come to the rescue. Will try the vinegar - don't have ammonia solution. Where can i get it from in case vinegar doesn't work?

    Thanks
  • I've used oxiclean for this sort of stain in the past.

Good luck with getting rid of it!
