Ive inherited a second hand but good as new washer. Its a hoover ultracare 1100 model. I havent a manual for it so im struggling to work out where the powder goes and how long each wash takes. Does anyone else have this model that may be able to shed some light or im sure I read on here once that someone else was in the same situation and they downloaded a manual to theres.
Hope someone can help as I cant start my washing else!

Sorry Keater Hun, ive done a couple of googles for it and i cant find anything.
Maybe trying the hoover website or emailing them and giving them a sob storry?0 -

I can't find anything either.
Keater, try looking at the back of the machine to see if there are any more numbers/codes (often on a silver coloured plate).

Just found this
At the time of writing, Hoover don't have downloadable instruction books available. I was told by a representitive, that they would supply a user manual to customers (not trade - and presumably anywhere in the UK only) if you sent a cheque for £2 (payable to GIAS UK) to -

This was over 18 months ago so they offer hopefully still stands. However, a few Washerhelp users have now told me that they received a free Hoover or Candy user manual in a .pdf file by emailing a request to [email="spares.enquiry@hoovercandy.com"]spares.enquiry@hoovercandy.com[/email]Bulletproof0 -
