This worked fine for me. It made my Boots 75% off goodies even cheaper.
There's free delivery on orders of £40 or more at the moment so if you're spending £40 anyway to get the free delivery, it's well worth spending £50 and getting £10 of 'free' stuff with this code.

I just tried ti use this code for the first time on an order over £50
At first, I 'copied and pasted' from post number 1 above and it would not work.
So then I cleared the box on the order page and re-entered the code again by typing it in and hurrah! It worked. When you type it in, the website says something like you need to log in or procedd to checkout to validate the code, so I kept on going through the order until the final page where you confirm all details are correct then the discount showed.
So, if you are going to try to use the code, definitely try typing it in!
