All will be coming in my blog; but in essence
Me: Mushroom Consomme - reasonable 6/10
MSG: White asparagus - Not good 4/10 (her view I thought it was 5/1)
Me: Dover Sole - hideous, undercooked, 2/10
MSG: Salmon with herb & tomato glaze; lovely just right 8/10
Both: 2 person apple pie - yummy scrummy I gave it 8/10, the MSG 9/10.
However much more fun was watching Michael Underwood from GM-TV who we were sitting next to and chatting with him and his girlfriend throughout the night - attempt to eat the Pig's trotter!
