Hi all,
I'm not sure if this is the correct forum, but does anyone know of any great buy-to-let deals at the moment?
Thanks

I think the best deal at the moment is not to do it.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0

I'm note sure that's the case, but anyway, I need to pay for a property that I agreed to buy some 12 months ago - any great deals out there?0

MrMajic - great deal will depend on what ltv you need, and what rental income the property will fetch. If the rental income is tight then there are some sharp tracker products from BM Solutions and Advantage, and also some pretty good fixed rates as well from the latter.0

I don't think that there are any great deals out there for any type of mortgage at the moment. Bash your details into moneysupermarket.com and it will give you a selection of mortgages to meet your needs.
Remember, interest only may be better for a BTL mortgage.

Luckyfool - Thanks, I've seen a few from BM solutions for the Mortgage Advisor I'm speaking to, so that's good to hear. Nothing from Advantage though, I'll look at them.0

BM Solutions have some great BTL Trackers at the moment, from as low as 4.99% (although with a £2499 fee). The good deals are exclusives through certain brokers only.I am a Mortgage Adviser
