    1. looks like a white label of another site I've seen

    2. All your posts are for Thomsonlocal... I guess you work there?

    3. The link includes campaign=pr, so you are even tracking the advertising ( aka spam) from this (MSE) site , a site which does not allow adverts

Now I wonder why I tell Thomson to bugg@r off when they try and sell me advertising, when they behave like this.

I hope all the mortgage brokers , insurance comapnies and IFAs who advertise in that publication realise they have a "special relationship" with a certain brokerage

It's really rubbish. I can't abide any site that makes you fill in your details just to get information on products that are freely available elsewhere. The information that your details are being passed to a Third Party for them to phone you is not clear until after you've filled the form out, very, very poor practice, even if it was obvious to me this was going to happen, it won't be to others.
The information behind it is next to useless, as it just presents the bog standard information, iresspective of your circumstance (I tried loans, with and without defaults/CCJ's etc, results were the same)
My advice would be to avoid unless you want bombarded by phone calls from Loan Brokers.

Beat That quote are a lead generation company. If you enter your details on their system your name and telephone number is sold to a third party for anthing from £25.00 to £75.00. Very similar to Money Supermarket.
    I am a Mortgage Adviser
You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. This signature is here as I follow MSE's Mortgage Adviser Code of Conduct. Any posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as financial advice.
