HANDBAG FREE PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The Free Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their agents, families or anyone connected with the Promotion.


2. No purchase necessary. To enter, complete the official entry form online at www.sureforwomen.co.uk/handbag.


3. Promotion limited to one entry per person per day. No entrant may win more than one prize. Incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries or applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will not be accepted.


4. The Promoter or any of its associated companies cannot be held responsible for any network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, which may result in restricted, delayed or lost entries. No responsibility will be accepted for corrupted, incomplete or illegible entries (which may be disqualified) or entries which fail to arrive by the closing dates. Proof of entry not accepted as proof of receipt.


5. There will be 31 draws, one for entries collected on each day of August 2007. All valid entries received before midnight (GMT) 1st August 2007 will be entered into the draw for 1st August 2007. Winners will be announced every Friday of the week, the first being 3rd August 2007.


6. Closing date for entries for the final draw is midnight (GMT) Friday 31st August 2007.


7. Winners will be notified by telephone within two weeks of each draw, and arrangements will be made for the delivery of the prize. In addition, winners' names will be posted on the website weekly. Winners must claim their prize within 28 days of notification. If any prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the Promotion rules.

9. The prize is not transferable. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (in whole or in part) for an alternative prize of equal or greater value. There is no cash alternative.
