www.letour.fr

Rouget de Lisle, is sponsoring a free contest (no purchase necessary) on the Tour de France website,
. This contest will run from Thursday, 14 June 2007 at 18:00 to Sunday, 5 August 2007
at midnight.ARTICLE 2
This contest is open to all individuals of legal adult age, except for employees of the company
sponsoring the contest and their family members.
ARTICLE 3
The notification of this contest is displayed on the home page of the website, www.letour.fr.
ARTICLE 4
To enter the contest, each participant must:
- complete the questionnaire in the locations provided for; and
- submit his or her answers to the questionnaire.
A winner will be randomly drawn out of the participants who have properly completed and submitted
a questionnaire before the contest end date given in Article 1. The drawing will be held on 31 August
2007.
ARTICLE 5
The prizes will be given in lots as follows:
- Lots 1 and 2: an official Nike yellow jersey with a value of €65 (sixty-five euros) including tax;
- Lots 3 through 12: an official 2007 Tour de France T-shirt with a value of €20 (twenty euros)
including tax; and
- Lots 13 through 22: an official Tour de France cap with a value of €15 (fifteen euros) including
tax.
ARTICLE 6
Prizes may not be exchanged for one another or for their value in cash. Each prize is awarded in the
winner’s name and may not be sold or transferred.
The company sponsoring the contest reserves the right to replace one or more of these prizes with a
prize of an equivalent value and similar features, if necessary.

ARTICLE 7
Contest participants may enter as many times as they wish, but only one prize will be awarded per
winner and per household (same last name, same address).
ARTICLE 8
Questionnaires that have not been filled out properly (incomplete, false, or erroneous) will not be
entered in the drawing. In addition, any participant using a fake identity will automatically be
eliminated from the contest.
ARTICLE 9
Only the winners will be notified of the results of the drawing, and will be contacted by telephone,
post, or e-mail from the day after the drawing takes place. Note that ASO may not be held responsible
for problems related to mail delivery.
ARTICLE 10
The company sponsoring the contest may not be held responsible if the contest must be cancelled,
prolonged, shortened, postponed, or modified as a result of force majeure or any other event beyond
the company’s control.
These contest rules are subject to modifications and/or updates, which may possibly occur while the
contest is in progress. Any such changes will be added as an Appendix to these contest rules and will
form an integral part thereof.
These contest rules may be obtained upon simple written request to Maître Astrid Desagneaux, Court
Officer, Paris 8ème, 4 rue Quentin Bauchart, 75008 Paris, or to the headquarters of the company
sponsoring the contest. Postage will be reimbursed at the economy-class rate, upon written request.
ARTICLE 11
Any prizes not awarded, for any reason whatsoever, will be kept by the company sponsoring the
contest.
ARTICLE 12
By participating in the contest, entrants accept all the contest rules set forth in this document, which is
registered with Maître Astrid Desagneaux, Court Officer, Paris 8ème.
All complaints must be made in writing (no other method will be accepted) to the headquarters of the
company sponsoring the contest, and must be accompanied by a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
Complaints must be made within 30 days after the contest results are announced; no complaints will
be accepted after this time.
No telephone or written requests concerning the interpretation or application of these rules, or the
contest methods or procedures, will be replied to. ASO reserves the right, if the circumstances so
require, to prolong, modify, or cancel the contest, and will not be held liable in such an event.

By participating in the contest, entrants agree to authorise the company sponsoring the contest to use
the winners’ first names, last names, and photographs in any advertising or promotional activities
related to the contest, as well as in any of the company’s future brand or event communications.
However, this authorisation does not grant any additional rights to the winners.
ARTICLE 15
Pursuant to the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, contest participants may prohibit the
electronic use of their personal information by writing to the headquarters of the company sponsoring
the contest at the following address: Strategic Marketing Department, ASO, 2 Rue Rouget de Lisle,
92137 Issy-les-Moulineaux Cedex.
