Help!! Cleaning PVC sofas?

Hi

I need to know how to clean pvc sofas (at least I assume they are pvc, they certainly aren't leather) to look as new. They have what I thought were some dusty stains, but after using sponge and water they don't come out at all.

Any help?

I would imagine a good hot bucket of soapy water with washing up liquid and a bit of washing soda would do it

leatherette or pvc is hard wearing so you cant really damage it unless you make it your buisness to

what colour is it ?

i have a pvc chair, i clean with warm water washing up liquid and a flannel cos the flannel seems to get in the little cracky bits, and circular motion works better than up and down.

Some spammer went through lots of old threads and posted things like "thanks brother" and had links in their sig.

Hence several threads from 2004 suddenly jumping up the board.
