You sign up to a promotion you weren't supposed to about a year ago, and cd-wows CS is so good they send you a gift voucher to compensate you for not being entitled to the voucher.

I'd forgotton all about mine until that helpful post above (hence my thanks) sadly I don't think you'll get one now so I would consider opting for the IMG link above (unless you have a conscience about it).
